No Returns Policy

At BORCCO, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products due to the nature of fuel and engine additives.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@borcco.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Product Delivered If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it immediately.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
