Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time: Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 business days. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) typically receive orders within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies on orders below ₹999.

Order Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

Remote Areas: Delivery to remote/rural pin codes may take up to 10 business days.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at info@borcco.com.
